     Dear readers, I just want to share my traditional way of our ancient heal techniques (from Indian Vedic culture)  on the Human body with natural tips. Air pollution levels in the nation's capital Delhi are always high.  The capital city is always exposed to pollution due to industries, automobile fumes and other construction related activities.  The winter situation is no more.  Obviously, objects can be seen from a distance of 100 meters, except for a dense fog at 8 and 9 am.  Motorists are having a hard time finding the roads in November and December.  Air pollution in Delhi dropped significantly between March 22 and May 18 due to the lockdown.  Air pollution levels in Delhi have declined by 79 per cent, the Center for Science and Environment (CSE) said today. The World Health Organization has issued a new reference to Face Mask.  While in the midst of the crowd suggested to put on the face mask.  It states that it is necessary to prevent the spread of corona virus.  The World Health Organization believes in its latest indication that the mask protects the virus from infected tubers.  In fact, some countries have already ordered strict masking in public areas.  Although WHO has previously argued that healthy people have no clue what to do with masks, WWHO technical experts, Dr. Maria van Kerkov, said that masks should be placed in areas where there is a risk of spreading the virus.

       Surprisingly, it was reported that cow urine has gold. In the urine of animals of the same species, especially in the Gir cows has 'Gold' particles. Junagadh Agricultural University ( JAU ) scientists revealed this new study. Cow urine has a 3-10 milligrams per liter of the water-soluble salts in the form of gold that it had received, it was changed to the iron by chemical processes. In addition, silver, iron, calcium, were also found. Urine samples were used to study gas chromatography, mass spectrometry used for these techniques.               ISRO again proves that success has been carried out with PSLV-C34 launch vahicle in their way. In its 36th flight (PSLV-C34), ISRO's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle successfully launched the 727.5 kg Cartosat-2 Series Satellite along with 19 co-passenger satellites on June 22, 2016 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota. This is the 36th consecutively successful mission of PSLV and the 14th in its 'XL' configuration.  The total weight of all the 20 satellites carried on-board PSLV-C34 was 1288 kg. After PSLV-C34 lift-off at 9:26 AM IST from the 2nd Launch Pad. In the succeeding 10 minutes, all the 20 satellites successfully separated from the PSLV fourth stage in a predetermined sequence. After separation, the two solar arrays of Cartosat-2 series satellite were deployed automatically and ISRO's Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) at Bangalore took over the control of the satellite. If any dish desire to be tasty, we have to use less oil while cooking it.  Currently in restaurants, tiffin centers & hotels their not utilizing proper & healthy Oil while cooking as said by few experts.          In Oil making, it includes lot of process, even more it including lipid that are even higher. Because of this more likely to suffer from heart disease as a result. Instead cuisine, use such as coconut, avocado oils. As a result of these fatty substances less chance would be to get overweight, prone to suffer from heart disease.
