Be careful with your Cooking OIL
As looking at current trends, most of the people & new generations are trying to reduce oil in their daily food. If any dish desire to be tasty, we have to use less oil while cooking it. Currently in restaurants, tiffin centers & hotels their not utilizing proper & healthy Oil while cooking as said by few experts.
In Oil making, it includes lot of process, even more it including lipid that are even higher. Because of this more likely to suffer from heart disease as a result. Instead cuisine, use such as coconut, avocado oils. As a result of these fatty substances less chance would be to get overweight, prone to suffer from heart disease.
